Like “0” and “1” form.  Digital signals has finite range of values. It is easy to work.
 Advantages: –
1. Ability to transfer more data as compared to analog.
2. easy to edit.
 Disadvantages: –
1. System and processing is more complex.
2. Sound quality is also lost.

Applications: –
1. cell phones
2. computers ,laptop
3. Digital watch
Memory: –
1. stored in the form of binary bit

Examples:-
1. Digital signals generally refers to digital clock
2. Digital signals generally operating a voltage between min 0-5 volt.
